As a supplier to first and second tier aerospace companies QM Systems has a close relationship with the aerospace industry.

QM Systems has been directly involved as a consultant on test solutions for design and development projects ultimately supplying test solutions including the test specification, software and hardware. As well as supplying complete TPS QM Systems has supplied production aids and ground equipment. As a direct result of working closely with the aerospace industry QM Systems has developed products such as the high power multiplexer and power rack test system. These products provide solutions for testing aircraft power management and batteries.

QMS is able to offer all the multidiscipline services required of a dedicated outsource partner or simply those services required to support a project phase. QM Systems is conversant with and able to support development and manufacture to industry standard quality procedures.

JSF Programme and LMStar

An illustration of the the stature of QMS as a test solution provider to aerospace is the fact that QMS was the first company on the JSF programme to take delivery of the Lockheed Martin test platform LMStar. QMS has extensive experience in working with various test executives including the LMSTar architecture. QMS has developed a test software library and interface hardware to complement the equipment and test capability of LMStar. The QM1000 Power Test System was developed to be able to interface with LMStar and provide high power signal routing and the capability to supply high power test stimulous and measurement.

QM Systems has developed a number of innovative test solutions. QMS knowledge of instrumentation standards and in house multidscipline engineering has lead to solutions for capacitive probe reference hardware.

VXI and PXI based test solutions for specific aerospace applications. QMS has also developed complex and multi functional systems design and verification units.

 Ground Equipment

QM Systems has been involved with design and development projects for Airbus and is the supplier of the Loop Tester product for testing earth bonding. QM is approved for manufacturing and supplying this unit to end users.
