Our Capability

Our capability in providing assembly and automation solutions is vast. With over 30 years experience in providing solutions to the automotive, aerospace, rail, pharmaceutical and other related industries our understanding of the requirements across these industries is second to none.

QM uses the latest 3D SolidWorks CAD package to model all of our machine and system designs. This ensures that our designs are as mature as possible prior to cutting metal. 3D Models are then input directly to CNC machines via CAM packages. This enables QM to offer ‘right first time’, cost effective solutions with rapid turn around.

All design and assembly is undertaken in house at QM Systems, resulting in full control of the important aspects of all projects. We have carefully selected partners that we continually monitor who work closely with QM Systems to provide fabricated, machined, wire eroded and surface treated components.
